If you encounter this error message "Request contains invalid data. Employer ROC Number not found or it is Invalid", most likely it is because you have entered wrong SSM Business Registration Number. The correct SSM number depends on whether you registered in FWCMS system - the old SSM number (Format 123456-W) or the new SSM number (Format 20190123123121). Please double check your records in FWCMS system and try again.
