"Please enter Date of Birth"

If you encounter this error "Please Enter Date of Birth", most likely that your company is categorised as "Individual" in your FWCMS Employer Particulars. You will be unable to proceed purchase on our website until you change the employer type in FWCMS from "Individual" to the correct category. The categories are attached as below as well


Categories of Employer
Sole Proprietor = Enterprise (W)
Partnership = Perkongsian (K)
Sdn Bhd = Sendirian Berhad (S)
