Is it mandatory to fill in the ITR Number during purchase of insurance?

For permit renewal in FWCMS, It is required to fill in the ITR number as the system automatically generates and stores all the required information in the ITR to ensure transaction is valid, provide the required information to your chosen insurance provider and FWCMS for the workers' onwards permit renewal.
