"Insurance already purchased for this Insurance Type"
If you encounter the below error "Insurance already purchased for this Insurance Type", it means that the FWCMS ITR numbers are already used to purchase the insurance. You will be unable to repurchase the insurance.
If your ITR confirmed has not been used, it will appear greyed out like this and the employer particulars will be auto populated.
