I have only 1 worker. Do I have to fill the worker’s details in the excel file and upload?

If you have less than 2 workers, you may opt to manually key in the worker details at both the SKHPPA and IG section. Please click “Update” and “Add” each time you have fill up the workers’ details. Once this is done, you will see worker details under the table.
