How do i fill in / purchase insurance using ITR from FWCMS?
An ITR, or Insurance Transaction Reference, is a unique identification for managing and tracking employee insurance information.

With the ITR number for SPIKPA and IG received from FWCMS, fill in the respective reference number received (as indicated in the yellow box below, diagram 1), including your business registration number during your purchase of insurance (as see diagram 2)

After successful purchase, FWCMS will receive confirmation of purchase and proceed with your EPKLS renewal process.
