How to verify your ITR purchase if you purchase with other platform or agents?

If you already have purchased ITR insurance from other platforms and agents and you wish to verify whether ITR has been confirmed purchased, you can still use our website eInsurans.

Step 1: Visit https://tr.ee/einsurans
Step 2: Select Tokio Marine
Step 3: Key in your ITR numbers and SSM number

Result 1 : "Insurance already purchased for this Insurance Type".

It means that the FWCMS ITR numbers are already used to purchase the insurance. Your FWCMS status should be updated within 10 mins to max 1 day. If it exceeds 1 day and your FWCMS status still not changed to "INSURANCE PURCHASED" or "PENDING JIM APPROVAL", you should contact your platform/agent to ask insurance company to check with FWCMS.

Result 2: Still able to buy as per greyed out below and all info auto-populated

If your ITR confirmed has not been used, it will appear greyed out like this and the employer particulars will be auto populated. It means that may be the platform or agent did not use the correct method to purchase insurance using FWCMS ITR. Please check again with them.
