FWHS/SPIKPA - What is the hospital admission process
FWHS/SPIKPA allows foreign workers a cashless admission into government hospitals under a Third (3rd) Class Room and Board basis. There is no need to pay deposit or obtain a Guarantee Letter from the Insurance Company.
**For Hospital Admissions Only**
Step 1: Visit any panel Government Hospital
Google “SPIKPA Senarai Hospital KKM”.
Step 2: Present worker's passport to the hospital
Hospital will verify validity against SPIKPA database
Step 3: Hospital will arrange cashless admission
Hospital will work together with third party provider
Important Note: Bills related emergency department, outpatient clinics and General Practitioner (GP) are not covered under this FWHS/SPIKPA Scheme.
Extra Note: University Malaya Medical Centre is not a panel hospital for FWHS/SPIKPA
