You can obtain or generate ITR from FWCMS after your worker PLKS registration in FWCMS and you will receive email confirming your ITR number. The process as below.

Inside FWCMS system, in the Purchase Insurance Stage, Click " Generate ITR No."

3. Select "Self Insurance Purchase"

Select " **Offline Purchase Insurance - ** ++Self Insurance Purchase++" and press " Proceed".

How do I link the ITR number with the insurance I already bought prior registration with FWCMS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to link. FWCMS only accept plks renewal with insurance purchase using ITR number from FWCMS.

If you have bought insurance previously, the insurance cannot be used and you can submit for cancellation and refund. Kindly whatsapp us at 011 562 16906 for the cancellation form and assistance.

If you have bought insurance from external sources, please contact the agent/platform for cancellation and refund.

Please proceed to FWCMS for PLKS registration of worker renew permit, you will receive ITR from FWCMS, you can use the ITR to purchase SPIKPA IG on our website with Tokio Marine Insurance. ( https://tr.ee/einsurans)

Do i need to update or inform FWCMS once I have purchased the insurance?

After successful purchase of insurance, FWCMS will automatically receive confirmation of purchase from the insurance company and FWCMS system will auto proceed with your permit renewal process.

I dont have ITR number, how to fill up form / proceed to buy purchase?

Accepted Answer

For permit renewal not relating to FWCMS (E.g. MyEG and counter), no worries, you can still proceed with the insurance purchase for now. Just omit the ITR section and proceed to Employer Particulars. You may upload excel or manual key in as per usual. Please refer to below tutorial.
